Lorene Warwick
Director/Interior Designer

Lorene is an Interior Design Consultant with a background in Bathroom Design and Plumbing Product showroom sales.
Lorene understands her client’s needs and shares their vision, making all jobs unique and personal.

She can provide help from a simple colour selection through to a complete design service, for the internal and external of the home/project.
Lorene can project manage your bathroom and kitchen renovations, and mediate between the builder/tradesman/clients to make sure that the client is happy.

Other members of the Sustainable Concepts design team are:
Gen who consults with clients in Brisbane, and Anette who helps with colour consultations in the Fraser Coast Area.

Lorene is a HIA Judge for the Gold Coast and Brisbane Region, and Queensland HIA Judge for Home, Kitchen and Bathroom of the Year 2008.

She has a quality builder client base on the Fraser Coast, providing Interior and Exterior colour and Design selections, from Spec homes through to Display Homes.

Lorene contributed her skills to the 5 star Energy Efficient/HIA Green Smart Display Home in Mariners Cove which opened in November 2008, and also to $1,500,000 and $3,000,000 homes on Fraser Island and numerous quality Spec homes in the area.

In 2008 Lorene project managed a team of ten contractors and 4 call centre staff, running a carbon reduction program, changing light globes and showers in over 3000 homes and units on the Fraser Coast.

She has just completed the design of her new 6 star affordable concept home, with construction to begin in February 2009, which will showcase the availability of affordable sustainable homes complete with great design features.

Jeff Hilditch
Director/Sustainability Consultant

Jeff has been in the Building and Plumbing Industry for 30 years; he has a passion for his clients and their projects and provides a comprehensive knowledge of sustainable housing & ESD – Ecological Sustainable Development. Having been a manager of small hardware stores and area manager for plumbing supplies business it was found that there are numerous gaps within the Developer/Builder/Plumber/Council/Client network.

Jeff than concentrated his last 10 years on Sustainable Housing - providing cost effective simplistic ways to save water, reuse water, and educate the community with disciplines and smarter ways to save the environment.

Jeff has focused on improving the efficiencies of septic systems and waste water treatment solutions & Water management in the urban environment.
 
He has had over 12 years involvement with Water Wise education, delivered over 60 trade information nights across Queensland and Northern NSW, presented at University, Engineers conferences and Plumbing Inspector conferences and a reference point for Grey Water introduction into Queensland.
 
More recently he created and headed up a National Environmental Solutions Division for a National Plumbing Business, with Business Development Managers in All States and Trainers to educate the Builder/ Plumber and Industry. A National Call Centre and Website supported the introductions in Victoria (5 star), NSW Basix’s, Western Australia-Save Water and more recently Queensland with the changes to the Building Code and introduction to Sustainable Housing.
 
Jeff was the start up Project Manager for Fieldforce Services- operating the Queensland Government/ 21 SEQ Councils, Home Water Wise Service retrofitting over 110,000 SEQ homes in 12 months.
Managing over 240 staff e.g Call Centre team, support staff, field supervisors, auditors, trainers, warehouse & contract plumbers.

He a Business Water efficiency assessor and EcoBiz Facilitator who provides a unique hybrid approach of problem solving with water and energy with Home water audits and commercial water audits.

Currently Sustainable Concepts are providing sustainability declarations audits for the Fraser Coast region.

Anette Skinner 
Colour Consultant 


Anette provides modern vision with her colour and product selections, she has an excellent talent and provides the client with the edge they are looking for with their home make over, home staging, renovation or new home selections.

She brings years of experience with renovating her many homes and rental properties, value adding to the property and enhancing the features within the home.

She also provides our clients with personalised shopping assistance, helping them refine their own individual style with furniture and accessories.
